An eSIM (embedded SIM) is a digital SIM that allows you to activate a cellular plan without using a physical SIM card. You scan a QR code and the plan is activated instantly on your device.
How do I install my eSIM? expand_more
After purchase, you'll receive a QR code. Go to Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM, then scan the QR code. The plan will be installed automatically.
When does my data plan start? expand_more
Your plan starts when you first connect to a local network at your destination. Installing the eSIM does not start the countdown.
Can I use my phone number with this eSIM? expand_more
Our eSIMs are data-only. Your existing phone number on your primary SIM will continue to work for calls and SMS.
